Glitter tattoos can last 3-7 days, sometimes more, with good care.

How to keep a glitter tattoo

1. Don't scrub or dry with a towel (pat dry if you must).

2. Don't apply moisturizer or alcohol-based products on the tattoo.

3. Friction will make it wear off faster - e.g. under clothing.

How to remove a glitter tattoo sooner?

1. Apply a food oil (vegetable oil, coconut oil, olive oil, etc) or thick creamy moisturizer and let it sit on the tattoo. The oil will break down the glue. 

2. GENTLY(!!) rub the glitter tattoo to loosen the glitter from the glue and then use a soap to remove the oil and remaining oil.

3. You may need to repeat the first two steps but please glitter, even if "skin safe" can be abrasive, so do not rub it so hard that you irritate your skin.

4. Rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) will also break down the oil, but this can be harsher on the skin and I don't usually recommend it.
