Julie Corbett is the owner and primary artist of The Gilded Cat.

She's been providing high-end, beautiful face and body painting since 2010 and has been professionally trained.

Julie started working with haunted houses and special effects makeup in her teens and then fell in love with face and body painting. She loves taking something as simple as face paint and creating memories for you and your family.

​

Julie has been working with children her whole life, from volunteering with children's museums to teaching science in Portland Public schools, and coaching swim lessons (Go Stingrays!). Julie divides her time between her family, her garden, traveling, her two mischievous cats, and her other job as an emergency veterinarian.
